Hey Mods, hey fellow Officers.

I need some help. Whenever I try to install LCPDFR on to my computer, it gives me an error.

I even tried it at my school where it has no restrictions with installing. It's v0.91, though I know

that v0.95 is coming out. Anyway, please help me troubleshoot this, thanks.

I've attached a copy of a screenshot of the error. At this time, I did have internet, but it should install even without.

There used to be nothing wrong with the installer.
