1) attempted multiple Game re-installs 2) attempted multiple patch(UpdateTitle.exe) updates - this is where things fail...when wanting to update to patch 1.0.7.0...says to check titleupdate.log 3) attempted multiple GFWL re-installs 4) attempted multiple Securom removals before re-installing Game When running LaunchGTAIV.exe or GTAIV.exe, it pops up with the WS10 error and have attempted any video fix I could find but those didn't work and I've consulted Rockstar Games but... things are still being investigated from their side and even they've not found the solution as of yet. From the looks of things, this is somewhat of a common issue, kind of shocked I hadn't found any other post in the forums here on LCPDFR about it. Although, having said that, at this point right now, nothing seems to be working...I need options please. Yes, even before you ask, I ran everything as an Administrator to give myself the proper-related account privileges on Windows.

As mentioned, I would like to test this out as well.

I've now bought the full version, so now, its time to find out how to do this... Omg, can't even do this...I downloaded a code 3 mastercom airhorn and because the original siren creator of the horns.ivaud file, couldn't get it to work because they weren't sure of the format of it, I was going to try and fix it so that we could use it. I've even tried replacing it with other airhorns from other code 3 mastercom's on lcpdfr but he still hears the clicks and that's it...like wth! Can someone give me instructions on how to fix it or give me picture spoilers of how maybe, just to ease the process?

Hey guys, so, here I am again with another damned issue, which to most people I assume, would seem to be quite the average annoying modding issue when dealing with Horns.IVAUD. In this issue, the horn seems to work fine in GTA IV Aud Editor but when my friend tries it in his game, the horn, unless he is responding to a call, won't work. If he were to try and honk some idiot out of the way, all he'll hear is annoying clicks instead of the horn, not sure what I can do about it in Audacity. Can anyone give me a solution to this? Preferrably someone who's had experience with this, maybe a developer.

Oh, I see. Alright then, I offer my sincere thanks for clearing that up Community Team Moderators, thanks to you, another moment of unsureness has been rid of. And Gamer...be nice to your fellow LCPDFR Mates, you should know better than that. I believe its even posted in the Guidelines/Rules. Remember, the Moderators have eyes...don't be treating them like they're nobody, they do monitor everybody's actions. If you keep that up, you'll never earn me back as a friend...and I've seen the way you've communicated with others, I've been in your Teamspeak for crying out loud. In fact, I bet that if you confronted a Moderator and said with an exaggerative look on your face and a laugh, "Please! Excuse my abusiveness!," you'd tick all of the Moderators off, I don't know that for sure because I'm not them but I think there'd respectfully be a big chance of that being true. That's how serious I am, you were extremely rude towards me and some of my friends. However, I shall be a better man and even more of a mature grown up for deciding to not blast out all the drama on here, since, I don't like aggravating others in the first place or being rude to them in the first place, not to mention just talking like this, and don't think about calling me a female...I just like to monitor and regulate my own behaviour and manners, I shall rather, if you prefer to continue this, because you may think that this is not a fair comment or assessment of you, communicate through more appropriate terms of communication such as the private messaging system. And sorry Moderators for taking it this far, but I believe my fellow LCPDFR Mates deserve better and that he should be treating you guys as an actual respective person. You may have already noticed that some comments that are really meant to be an actual response, are taken as something else by him. Also, Moderators, I'd like to become more of a friend with you guys, and I'd like to ask if we could maybe have a conversation through the P.M. System.
