I have downloaded Neolux ELS Configuration v.2 and v.3, but i don't know what to do with that files. Please if someone knows tell me. Thanks

But when i copy to the main folder GTA IV doesn't work :(

I'm not sure but I think there isn't a d3d9.dll included. Download that on enbdev.com and put it into the gta iv directory like the other files. And btw there's already a V4 out.

I copied all files, and when i start gta with "Run as Administrator" gta works fine, but light on taxi and rotating lights on police cars aren't work. Just one yellow light are flashing too much. And how to avtivate LCPD First Response?

Have you tried pressing J or K to activate ELS?

You activate LCPDFR by pressing alt + p... And do not doublepost, instead edit your posts.
