I'm not sure I understand you. You want to change the uniform when choosing your police officer or replace the model with one from the internet?

To change the uniform (and or model) in LCPDFR when choosing your officer press the left key.

To replace GTA's original police officers with one you downloaded from the internet, you have to get a separate program called Spark IV. A tutorial in gtapolicemods.com will explain the installation process.

Ok guys, I hope this doesn't count as a bump or whatever, but I installed some new cop models (the ones from the desc. from nb's videos) and installed them properly (I think) with SparkIV. I can't access them ingame though, when I fire up the mod I only have very few choices of officers and none of the installed ones are available.
