The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My game keep getting stuck at Rockstar's launcher saying that i need to verify my files whenever I revert to the supported version in RPH (Steam Version if that helps)

So your not alone 🙂 Just find something else to do untill they update Rage and scripthook.
