When I start up rage it comes up with. "the game has crashed. This may be due to a bug in the game itself, in rage plugin hook, in a plugin, or some outside issue like bad anti-virus or graphics driver, etc." I have tried disabling the firewall and a few other methods and nothing is working. Just too note that i have just installed a car mod so it may have been caused by that? any help

 Rename mods to _mods and try again.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:

Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Or you could just uninstall that car mod, and launch the game. 

hello, i am expriencing issue where it says Unkown game has crashed, then rageplugin hook says could not hook game process

When you run the program, run it as administrator, and add your entire gta folder to anti virus exception list

what program? Gta5 or RagePluginHook? and i already have done all of those, I added the GTA5 folder and the RagePluginHook to my antivirus expections list.
