    Ok, so if you no longer crash after changing mods to _mods then that means your mods folder was causing it
    you will need to redo your mods folder entirely

    1. Open the RAGEPluginHook settings menu (hold down SHIFT immediately after clicking RPH)

    Unzip the file and put the DLL in the base folder of your GTA 5
     
    Furthermore it looks like your BetterEMS and SuperCallouts have errors, I believe you've installed them incorrectly or are missing files for them
