Yes you can delete the audio packs.

Remove the following:
Better EMS (good alternate is Ultimate backup)
 
These files were installed incorrectly:
CalloutInterfaceAP (Drag this file into GTAV directory)
Seatbelt (Drag installation files into GTAV directory)
These are common mistakes, to simply install correctly read the README provided in installation files.
 
If these solutions worked, mark my post as solution!
 

add your entire GTAV directory into your systems antivirus exepctions.

At this point i really don’t know what to do, ive tried everything i could have thought of, but can you put your dinput8 as _dinput8? also can you please attach screenshot of only the top part of ur gta5 main directory?

Please do the following:
Update RageNativeUI
You are expierencing a System Acess violation, if updating RageNativeUI dosen’t work, please rename mods to _mods and see if that works. if that works, remove all mods and re add them all 1 by 1 to find out the issue.
Remove these plugins:
Rich’s Police Enhancements.
 
If your issue further persists be sure to attach new ragepluginhook.log and maybe a screenshot of error.

Do the Following:
Go to ELS page and but only download the AdvancedHookV. Then drop that in your directory and you should be good.

I have used a log reader and i manually read it. For the log, it says no solution was avalible but it i have manually read it and it seems that it has something to do with an weapon asset. Can you rename mods to _mods please? this would temporarily disable your mods. If this works, remove mods one at a time to find out the issue of what mod is causing the issue. 

Change the Plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000, this will allow more time to load plugins. You can do this by launching RagePluginHook while holding shift. If this solved your issue be sure to put it as the solution for members to quickly find solution!

ahh im so sorry dude, when i helped u i forgot about the mods folder aha, so sorry bro. If disabling mods to _mods work, remove all mods and add all of them back 1 by 1 to find out the issue.

that looks like an system 32 issue as you can see at the bottom of your log. Try disabling your mods folder, you can do this by renaming your mods folder to “_mods”. if that works, then one of your mods are at fault. Try removing all of them and adding them one by one to see whats the issue. But if that dosen’t work, put dinput8 file to _dinput8 if that works, then one of your ASI loaders is at fault.

try running rage as Administrator if that dosent work, run your entire GTA5 directory as admin.
