is there a way to have police cars spawn into the police stations and sub stations , I am dealing with bare parking lots .. when i spawn vehicle in to fill the station parking lots they disappear the moment I leave the area . Thanks for any assistance

 

Yes it is possible. You’ll need to edit the corresponding stations xml in the LSPDFR data files.

I am fairly new to pc. can you tell me what exactly i need to change in the file ?  thanks

No problem. It has been a few months since I've messed with this but I'm pretty sure you'll get the idea by looking at this stations XML, specifically the ambient spawns section. You can get coordinates and headings via the PrintInfo console command.

Try and report back otherwise I'm happy to try for you Monday or Tuesday when I get time.

May i ask why you want this at all?
If it is for realism, then for all means, but if it is functionality, you do not need it.
You can get any (singleplayer) vehicle at any time with console (f4)
press f4
type spawn pol
Console shows you all police-vehicle available, all you need is to select one, press enter and its there.
(In my plugin i have just for fun, made a car delivery system. A Ped from the motor-pool will then drive a car to your position, but it is just for fun -Not necessary at all)

Just of the aesthetics ,  The police DEPT looks like an abandoned building .   Thanks for the feedback
