Okay I have researched and tried a lot to preventing texture loss. The following is what I suggest

I DO need a few more if possible ,maybe the best commandline.txt to put in just for not loosing textures or anything else like programs.

Thanks I would love a few opinions not just to help me ,but so others can look at this.

2gb+ video ram = problem solved.

Nope, I have a 660ti 2gig and even medium settings will screw up shadows and texture loading all the time.

How the hell i'm supposed to use MSI Afterburner ?

IT IS a memory lack issue 70%, 30% vga chipset power. if 2 dont do it for you, go 3.

I cut back on high poly cars, running MemTurbo and cut back to one ELS car.  None of my police cruisers are original, but had to cut back to one real nice high poly ELS car in the Noose position, all other cars are non-els low-mid poly cars.  Cured all my texture loss.  Memturbo really helps big time by clearing/releasing my ram while playing, which takes care of the memory leaks seamlessly and which took care of 90% of my texture popping alone.  The remaining 10% was cured by using different cars etc.

I only have a 1GB card...but finally have my setup running without texture loss (a teeny-tiny bit when using my ELS high poly car but only a fraction of a second popping of textures when a lot of action going on), running smooth frames (30+ average) and was able to stop the crashing by reverting back to Braveheart 2.1.  Now I can pull a full 12-18 hours shift (in-game of course) which is about 2.25 hours of game play (adjusted my in-game time to 7-sec per game minute instead of the default 2-seconds.).  Loving it now more than ever!
