Creating LSPDFR Plugin in VS Code

Should not be much different from using Visual Studio as you can still invoke the compiler to generate your actual DLL file. Just make sure to configure the correct dependencies such as RPH and you should be good to go.

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

In case you want to use vs-code because you believe that MSVS cost money, it does not. The community version is free to use, and has all

I could not run it in VS

I love LSPDFR

It looks a bit odd since it says F# but you are writing C#, but I am not familiar with the specific extension. Try to open your project folder with VS Code and take it from there. Under Package References, you should be able to add RPH from NuGet.

Hello there

I switched back to Visual Studio 2022 and I set LSPDR and RageHook dll files as preferences but I get some errors in the code.

Could contain: text, screenshot, display, software, computer icon, web page, number, office application software

There is no exposed class BackupRequest -- are you trying to use an AI tool to generate code for you? It's making stuff up.
If you use IntelliSense or Object Browser you can see what arguments RequestBackup actually takes. If you're starting out, I'd recommend looking at LSPDFR callout tutorials and leaving the AI for when you can identify the mistakes or for generating non-API specific code.

Yes, absolutely. I think the AI is messing everything up. Thank you. I think I will leave it at that. I tried using Github Copilot and other AI but it's not working.
