I've searched around and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've been having trouble getting the game to work all week, and I was told to run a diagnostic on it and post results. Okay.... but its nowhere to be found!!!
 

Please help...

It's in the dowaload section somewhere.  I've seen it recently.  Try GTAiv-mods.com or similar site as well.

So there is absolutely no way I can get assistance with this game at all? I have to wait until the new one comes out?
