Any way i can check which dlc packs are missing? Also i am not sure where the EUP ini is.

I installed EUP vest and ear piece following BlueLine Vibes tutorial and now an EUP Menu error pops up it days one or more required dlcs are not present. I can not force duty aswell and I can't enter a police station and do it that way. Can anyone help?

RPH starts normally but when I load into the game the mods simply just don't load and work. When I press F4 to open the RPH in game menu thing- nothing happens

Does anyone know how to fix my problem with RHP? Basically it randomly stopped working one day so I tried to update RPH but nothing happened. I tried to update everything that was essential for it to launch. RPH won't launch and it says it is on version 1351 for some reason when I hover over RPH in my main game directory. No matter how many times I try to replace RPH with one from LSPDFR or a newly installed RPH, nothing happens. RPH won't even launch anymore.

I put it into the main game directory and nothing pops up now. My cursor spins for a few seconds then nothing. It worked before when I put RagePluginHook, RageNativeUI and ScriptHookV at the same time.

I have updated LSPDFR, RPH, RageNativeUI and ScipthookV however it still says this. I have verified game files multiple times but still. I have a lot of plugins- not sure if that has to do with anything.
