NEED HELP-Out of game memory, please reboot and restart the game

I meant to reinstall Steam the other day but all of my Steams just gone, so was my GTA&LSPDFR😭. When I tried to get everything downloaded again, it shows me "Out of game memory, please reboot and restart the game", and I have downloaded everything I could find to fix this problem but still cant. Need some help!!!

    Show me where you installed the gameconfig in OpenIV. Screenshot of the path & file.
    Also, change your PackFileAdjuster.ini to 10000.

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    Install a a gameconfig and a heaplimt adjuster.

    And the game config should be in the essential mods tab.

     please let me know if this makes sense, and where is the pack file adjuster? the threshold?Could contain: text, screenshot, number, software, parallel

    Looks like you're using the wrong gameconfig. Please us this one (Yes, it works):
    https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig

    For the Packfile simply open the .ini in your GTAV-folder and change the value:
     

    Could contain: text, screenshot, font, line
