 Please sent your rage log, this is a text document that is found in your main directory

Try to start gta first, once you're ingame,start rph

 

It also could be an permission issue, add your whole gta folder as an exception in your anti-virus and in default windows antivirus

OK so it's not a problem with rph or lspdfr, instead it's caused by mods or corrupted game data

Have you added or changed anything before the crash?

then one or both is causing it. can you disable one after one till you found the error?
