    yeah scripthookvdotnet is a big no no for lspdfr as it causes errors with lspdfr. Delete scripthookvdotnet and if you have pursuit pack delete that too. Then once both are deleted, try loading the game again.

    My guess is this has nothing to do with lspdfr crashing, but the game crashing itself.

    Uh yeah that's self-explanatory, it says right there you need EUP Law and Order installed.
