ragehook crashing while trying to load the game

hello, i reinstalled gta5 last night in order to play the lcpdfr mod so i downloaded and installed as per the instructions using the auto method. ragehook and everything else is where it should be and i have no other mods. i can load into vanilla fine but if i try to load using the ragehook launcher it crashes after loading from steam and its a black screen for a minute or so before producing this https://pastebin.pl/view/3d8bc93c it get an access violation even though i have everything running in admin, made sure anti virus etc is off and anything else ive managed to see on a forum including setting up window borderless and forced window mode. i noticed people keep saying rename mods folder but i do not have this folder i only have the lcpdfr mod installed. i noticed the crash happens just after the rage hook window minimises into the left corner while it loads. any help would be amazing thanks
