I downloaded lspd megapack or something along those lines

and the vehicles are losing texters while still generally close.   It feels like they are entering some sort of low poly mode preemptively, however these are the only vehicles that it happens with, despite the fact that they aren't even that big when compared to other vehicle files I have.  I feel like I should also note that I don't experience any sort of Pop in, just this.

If you are having an issue where your vehicles are disappearing when they are further away from you, edit the vehicle's vehicles.meta LOD section.
(change all values to 200.00 (unless they are already higher than that)) If you are still experiencing issues just increase those numbers (to a maximum of 500).

Best bet would be to get a graphics mod.

That makes no sense. He's running into a known issue with a known fix why would he install another mod in his game to fix it?

The closer you are they look good, but the further away they look like the third picture. My guess is the poly count is too high for that mega pack, maybe try getting a smaller pack. I've also had this problem too, then i bought a new graphics card, a new cpu. Then I downloaded Radiance V again which also helped.
