Add an API function to revert the effect of SetAsCop(Ped ped), with opposit action. Or a function that avoid a specific cop ped to join the active pursuit.

You can set a copy as busy to prevent them from joining a pursuit.

i tried to set busy UBpartner when a pursuit starts, but it seems to ignore it
