I get the red blips on the map after a go on duty. I disabled the ambient suspect encounter, but they keep pop up on the map. What could be the problem?

I attach the RPH log. When i try to disable with setvar ( or enable it to disable) ia get a weird message, it is in the log.

Invalid setting found! Casting of Ambient.EscapedSuspectEncounterInterval failed: System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.
 

it means you typed in the wrong format. You can remove that line because you don’t need this.

 

 

 

WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier=0.0f

this should disable red blips

Thanks for the reply.

Turns out i forgot to check one of the new plugin (i always check new plugin's ini. for ambient events) for ambient events, which caused the red blips. So the Lspdfr worked great.

how did you fix this ?i am getting the dang bike and its ruining everything i do and red dot appear and i never had this issue i tried taking otu plug ins etc and it still is there ruins everything

the parameter is in your .ini-file.
However random encounter is a strong gameplay feature (except the arresting sequence is bugged for player, not for AI)

In what way do  random-encounters ruin the game?
Instead of removing a symptom of a problem, the problem should be found and removed

So Why do you want to remove random-encounters?
