Hello, so recently i re-installed my lspdfr and rage plugin and everything but then after i install the gameconfig gta v will just say “Entering Story Mode” and will just load forever. I tried vanilla and yes it works but when it comes to modded version with or without RPH it will either say “Entering Story Mode” (Without RPH) or just load forever with RPH.

I re-installed ScripthookV, RagePluginUI and re-installed pack limit adjuster just in case but to no avail.

Where did you install it and what did you download

So i just reinstalled my game and everything and i installed Scripthook,RagePluginUI and the limit adjuster in my game roots. The game config on openIV on the update.rpf. I have enb series, Lspdfr, Violence mod from GTA V mods, Some vehicle models, Stop the ped, and Eup.

Also get heapadjuster from gta5-mods.com, and did you download the 2802 gameconfig from gta5-mods? What I usually do is once I downloaded that file, I open the More Mods folder, then I choose 2.5x traffic and 2.5x peds. I also use a mods folder.
