Here are a few trouble shooting ideas.

1.) Make sure everything is plug in where its  post to be. I know sometimes the motherboard 24 pin connector is a pain in the ass to get it to go in all the way.

2.) Did the PC turn on before you got this new cooler master (which im guessing it did)

3.) Double check EVERYTHING. Unplug things and plug them back in if you have to.

here is a check list of things that you should make sure that are plug in.

1.) CPU 4/8 pin connector which ever one your mother board requires.

2.) Motherboard 24 pin connector make sure its in there. The little clip on the side of the power box thing should clip into the motherboard power socket.

3.) Make sure the hard drive has power. (My old PC wouldn't boot with out it)

It depends on your system specs. If your hardware is made to run on 350 Wats or under then yes, but if your hardware requires more you could damage your system.

Not many systems can run effectively with only 350 watts and act as a labor-intensive gaming machine at the same time.  Asus' PSU wattage calculator will help you to see how much you need;
