The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

_mods FIXED THE INFINITE LOAD SCREEN

okay so renaming the folder to _mods did work for me however it disabled my mods including my vehicle skins. Obviously I would like those working again. does anybody know if it has to do with the mods needing a compatibility update themselves hence why the game might be stuck on a hook? I provided my rage plugin hook as well as my mods and vehicle packs(ALL ARE REPLACE), I have installed "Super Callouts", "Lidar Gun", "ELS", "EUP", "United Callouts", and for vehicle packs: and the other one I could not find but it was a lspd replace pack

ALL MODS WORKED PRIOR TO THE UPDATE / (EXCLUDING LIDAR GUN, SUPER CALLOUTS, AND UNITED CALLOUTS)

Have you tried installing all of the following?:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

Make sure to remove the _ from the mods folder after installing all of these, then boot GTAV.

My situation sounds quite similar; I can load into LSPDFR with most of my previous plugins working, but I need to add the _ to the mods folder.  I have downloaded the three files you listed above, but as soon as I remove the _ on mods, I get CTD again.  All I added was EUP and some other previously working clothing and  vests/earpiece.

Do you think the missing link is a proper gameconfig?  It sounds like some are finding success with this latest version.  Thanks

Well yes. Gameconfigs are very important to install because they let you add more vehicles and such. The gameconfig.xml I linked should hopefully solve your problem, if that's what you mean.

The gameconfig should go into the mods folder, then rename the mods folder back to "mods".

If this doesn't work, try this:

So the same issue was happening even after installing this gameconfig, however, I kept my plugins in the folder the same, but I unchecked all of them except for LSPDFR in the Rage Launcher.  I also removed the _ on my mods folder and the game loaded.  Once in game, I typed ReloadAllPlugins followed by ForceDuty and everything seemed to load up just fine.

There you go! Have you tried turning on "Load all plugins on startup", while also having your mods folder named: "mods" (without the "_")?

I just tried loading all plugins on startup with the mods folder back to normal, and it worked!  Thank you so much for your help.

Awesome!

So the game config file worked for me however when I load in and drive around for a little bit it crashes and says "out of game file memory" or something like that.

Send a RAGEPluginHook.log please.

I can however the rage plugin could not complete the crash report and I had to shut down my computer every time. as I said I downloaded the game config file, and all my mods loaded and I wasn't stuck on an infinite loading screen anymore, however after I drove around for a little bit the game crashed and displayed that it was out of game memory.

Try installing these. You will need ScriptHookV if you don't already have that.
