You need ELS enabled car mod to make ELS work.

Basically, the default police cars don't work with ELS. So I doubt you can fix the lightbar issue with those cars. Just download an ELS enabled car and it'll work fine!

Or remove ELS and the problem is gone. :D

Can i disable and enable it in game ?

Press J and K. But if you have no ELS cars than completly delete it, it's ram hungry.

Were the files labelled;

noose.wft

noose.wtd

or

police.wft

police.wtd ?

Meaning you'd have to rename the files

police.wft

police.wtd

to

noose.wft

noose.wtd

The file needs to be called NOOSE.wtd and NOOSE.wft so it actually replaces the noose cruiser, otherwise it replaces the car it's named after

To enable Halogen ELS, open up ELS.ini in your GTA IV directory, look for the car, and set ELS-H to active (1)

You should seek ELS support on GPM especially since you seem not too patient.

Besides. The support section is LCPDFR related ONLY.

I don't think I know anyone. But there are a lot of people on here, someones bound to know.

You can ask me questions, sure.

I would suggest you download SparkIV again, and place it in a folder. Then see what files it creates and then delete those on the desktop.

Hiya guys need some help again, after playing the game for about 15 minutes the only cars that spawn are taxi's is there anyway to fix this.
