Ok so if i crash on duty can i repair my car.

Open the console with ~ or ^ and type heal.

Open up console, Type "heal"

If you have ELS: turn on the lights.

Simple Native Trainer -> Fix Car

Then just simply do what dodo said :) If you have LCPDFR, you also have the console.

Then you most likely don't have a trainer installed. It can be very fun to experiment with, you can spawn random things, blow up nearest cars, et cetera. The console they mentioned is built in to LCPDFR so just press the ~ key on your keyboard and type heal. ELS is a mod that allows for more realistic lighting, and again you would know if you have it because you would have had to install it, and you would need to have downloaded extra vehicles.

Trainers sound good, do i need a certain type of trainer ? My games a bit laggy how can i fix this ?

Research before posting. The console is not from LCPDFR, it's from the ScriptHookDotNet.

Ok, i'm a bit confused though.

Try pressing the ^/° key.

Trainers can be used for fun. There is no NEED for them. If your GTA lags, the only real 100% working solution is to upgrade your computer specs.

Ok, so when i'm playing FR without a trainer how do i spawn a police car ?

What the best trainer out there at the moment and easy to use? All so where can i download SparkIV and learn how to use it ?

For the trainer guessing i just download the newest version which is V6.3 and install it ? and the same for sparkiv

p.s how do i use the trainer ? like open it up ?

Press F3 ingame for the trainer :)
