Had the same problem but i run as admin and get the same error. This was not because of LCPDFR i was installing some weapons mods but then all my folders disappeared and so i went to a backup i had made and replaced them all. I then found out they were hidden.

I had a virus that made some of my folders hidden last year. Did you run a virus scan?

Okay, so what exactly is your problem?

You have to Run as Administrator.

Problemis the eroor described in the link but i do run it as Administrator and get the same thing. And no ihave not virus scanned

EDIT:

Topic re-opened, user thinks that his issue is due to gun models, but in truth you need to run your game as Administrator and turn off read only (Both of which are the cause of LCPDFR). Topic will be opened since you claim it's not LCPDFR when in fact it is so you can get your game running.
