Hi and welcome to the forum LCPD Fan,

it's normal to get this error message from the tool, if you use dsound.dll and xlive.dll at the same time :rolleyes: (There was a FAQ at GTA Policemods from asuna about the tool.)

You can test it, when you remove one of them from your folder, then run the tool again as an admin. And update GTA to 1.0.7.0 :thumbsup:

He has a crack. You can notice the 1911.dll at the picture.

It's a crack from Razor1911, I think this is the problem. :wacko:

So remove 1911.dll and use the normal LaunchGTAIV.exe!!!
