Because if I could then I wouldn't have to post my questions here. Anyways here it goes. I've downloaded the towing service pack, the police helper, and the lcpd crown vic and charger pack. Here are my issues with two of the above:

1) Even though I followed directions and placed both the towing service and police helper in the scripts folder, only the police helper works. Any ideas why?

2) For the lcd vehicles pack, I don't know where the vehicles.img folder is. Can anyone help with that?

simple u use tow mod in the police helper and u have to be near a empty car then open it and u will see the towing option
