I proudly present you my first GTA model!
 
After alot of self studing, alot of help from F5544 and many annoying hours I presnt you the CVPI Whelen model with LAPD and CHP skin. The model is the beautiful 2008 by F5544.
This model features a 2008 CVPI (by F5544) with a Whelen Lightbar (by F5544), Spotlight, Laptop, pussbar
All of the model's and components as well as the Lightbar usage permissions were given for this release and to protect the original files and credits of these components the vehicle model has been locked.
 
 
Don't uplaod this on any other site.
 
Like I said: This is my first model, so there can be bugs.

im not sure if this is because i added the car instead of replacing but the rear left red LED seems to be half inside the lightbar model.

Changing the sirensettings to "1" instead of "13" fix this problem.
