first the car looks good!

im not sure if this is because i added the car instead of replacing but the rear left red LED seems to be half inside the lightbar model.

Thanks, yes I know that, it's a bug. I don't know if I can fix it. I will see what I can do.

Nice model overall, however the lightbar is using halogen flairs rather than LEDs while in the "police" slot (not police2), making it look a bit off. Being completely compatible with the police slot would be great.

Don't edit the file. Just spawn it a couple times, it spawns random

The thing is: Imho slicktop versions are not pretty, so I wanto to have spawn them ALL with a lightbar.

I don't know if that is possible, alot of people loving the slicktop so I can''t change that.

LOVE THE CAR! BUT WHAT DID YOU USE TO IMPORT THE VIC INTO THE GAME. LIKE HOW DO YOU MAKE LIKE REAL LIFE CARS?? I REALLY WANT TO TRY AND GET A CHEVY TAHEO BUT IF YOU CAN PLZZ DO SO BECAUSE ITS LIKE THE BEST CAR!

Use Zmodeler 3 http://www.zmodeler3.com/

First you need to find a model that either

a) someone is willing to let you convert to GTA V from GTA IV

or...

b) a model that comes from a different game, such as Forza, or another game with car models.

or.... 

c) find a free or paid model online; there are many recourses for this, especially lower quality models for you to practice with.
After this you most likely want to watch tutorials on how to properly convert or create a model and make sure it works
Then maybe have a few beta testers, if that goes well then make sure to have all permissions before releasing it to the public.

Thanks, yeah that is something what I can't change, if you spawn it a couple time it would be working.

Some people, like me are a fan of slicktops so there is a choice.

Limitations of the game ?

Only some of the lights have textures when the led is ON... It looks very weird. The rear right blue led have texture but not the read left red for example...

Any lssd or lasd skins for this car made yet? Can you give me a link if there is?

Model is based on the F5544 CVPI so any skin for that should work, and there are quite a few.
