Red Emergency Lights - Discontinued

This mod adds red emergency lights for all police vehicles in the game. This is a simple yet fun modification and allows for people to who would like to make skins for states and towns that have only red police lights. This can be used with proper credit on any model or texture, I'm very open to feedback of any kind. Please tell me if there are any bugs, or glitches.  _UPDATE- Hey guys, due to the mostly negative response to this one (no one really liked this one compared to my "Blue Police Lights" mod, I'm going to be discontinuing this mod, if you'd like me to continue this, just message me and I'll do it.

Known Bugs:
Corona Appears as a blue, but the light still flashes red (unknown fix, but I'm working on it)
