Welcome to Traffic Policer! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances not only traffic policing, but policing in general. It sports various major features that will make your shift as a police officer much more realistic, and, above all, fun!

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1-1.0.1604.1).

Installation Instructions are provided in the ReadMe & Documentation files.

Whenever i respond to a anpr wanted hit and try to do demand the suspects leave the vehicle so I can detain, the plugin crashes. Im guessing because it has to go through all of its parts fully (like having the passenger get out and set my car on fire). If that the case, then this mod is not very dynamic at all, meaning every single possible scenario is always the same. For instance, whenever I see the passenger get out when I walk up to the car, I taze him, however, my car is still set on fire. I have even killed him before and my car was still magically set on fire. GG.

Also, what would be nice is if your mod added in a function to LSPDFR that allow the player to detain and cuff subjects and then let them go later if they found out they were not who they were looking for. That would be way nicer than having my car constantly set on fire. This and also a plugin that allow you to call in backup for a traffic stop. Currenlty, finkone's is broken to HELL.

2.1: Thank you for all your feedback and special thanks to L1qht for making this patch possible.

The Owner Wanted callout will no longer have issues with suspects getting out of vehicles.
The Owner Wanted callout situations have been scrambled to give every situation a roughly equal chance, depending on crime seriousness.
Tweaked the situation where suspects shot from the car so you have a better chance of defending yourself.
Traffic Stop Assist: FollowMe: following cars should no longer bump into the back of your vehicle.
Now depends on Albo1125.Common.dll, which is packaged.
Traffic Policer will periodically check for updates automatically.
Tweaked the INI file.
Fixed a rare bug.
Various other tweaks and improvements.

Hey Albo, I'm having trouble someone was having a day or so ago. I'm on .24 of Rage, most recent version of your mod and the FollowMe feature does the whole animation, blue blip, and teleports, but the vehicle doesn't actually follow me until I press T again where as I'm telling it to stop following me. Its not that bad because its kinda funny in my vids but still just figured I should let you know :)

Performance traffic stop with shift and then you can do anything you like order them out of car etc. This is due to API constraints.

If this doesnt help send me your log file.

Hi, I've been loving the mod, but I seem to have a problem with the latest version.

Whenever I extract the dll file into my computer, it stays there for a few seconds and disappears. I tried changing the file extension to something like .dllc and it would stay there, but the moment I switch it back to .dll, it disappears again. It seems to happen to only Traffic Policer.dll, every other dll files are fine.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently my anti-virus has been automatically quarantining the file. I assume that it's simply a case of it being a false-positive.

Yes, Anti-Viruses sometimes do that, even if its a good file it will still label them as a false positive... part of the reason I use Trend Micro or Avast.
