Emergency Services Ped Replacement

This mod expands on my previous Multiplayer Character Replacement mod by replacing additional emergency service personnel with standard GTA V pedestrian models.

The update now includes:

  • Police officers

  • Firefighters

  • Paramedics

  • Ambulance staff

The goal of this mod is to create a more immersive and consistent single-player experience by removing multiplayer character models from emergency service roles and replacing them with appropriate pedestrian models found within the base game.

  • Replaces MP emergency service characters with standard GTA V peds.

  • Covers law enforcement, fire department, and EMS personnel.

  • Designed for a more authentic single-player LSPDFR experience.

Notes

This mod is intended for players who prefer seeing regular GTA V pedestrian models instead of multiplayer freemode characters while playing LSPDFR.

So confused .... after taking a look at this for a friend who was confused it seems the "replacement" this mod does is just edit the lspdfr Agency XML to swap the LSPD mp peds to spawn as default and doesn't do it properly. This mod also will quite literally not work properly as it has fake/AI hallucinated ped models that do not exist it the base game like female paramedics and other variations.

    You are correct that some of the EMS models listed in the current version are not valid base-game GTA V ped models. I will be fixing the paramedic replacements in an upcoming update to ensure that only legitimate GTA V pedestrian models are used.


    To clarify the purpose of this mod: it is not intended to add new characters or custom peds. The goal is simply to replace LSPDFR's multiplayer freemode emergency service characters with appropriate standard GTA V pedestrian models, creating a more immersive and consistent single-player experience. This includes police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency service personnel where suitable replacements exist within the base game.


    I appreciate the feedback, and I'll make sure the EMS model assignments are corrected in the next release.
