EUP is an all-in-one modification that gives us the free range to create your own law enforcement officer as you patrol the streets and roads of San Andreas. U mad Ronson?

This time, play different - be different. Adapt your style to the situation. Get your gear on - use a High-Vis vest to direct traffic, a waterproof jacket on a rainy day or a tactical outfit when the situation gets hot. Choose from various lore-friendly departments base of real life. Customize various components of your outfits.

The mod that started as a holster and a vest retexture, now so expansive, most Australians finish downloading it right when an update comes out. Emergency Uniforms Pack Law & Order 8.2 offers an unrivaled catalog of lore-friendly California-inspired law enforcement uniforms for both male and female multiplayer characters. From tasteful evolutions of the classic LSPD outfits, you see AI cops wearing, to dozens of uniforms for entirely new lore-friendly law enforcement departments based on real-world California departments. Emergency Uniforms Pack has it all, and when tied with partner mods such as EUP Serve and Rescue, EUP Menu, and EUP LSPDFR Configs, you can totally transform your LSPDFR experience.

Whats Police PIA?

It is "Patriotism and Immigration Authority"

Taken from a GranTheftWiki.com article about the NOOSE:

"NOOSE is based on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and has two known divisions: the Patriotism and Immigration Authority, based on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Tactical Response Unit, based on the U.S. Border Patrol Tactical Unit."

Okay, this is what you're going to do

Option 1

1- Navigate to mods/Update/dlcpacks/rde/dlc/x64/levels/gtav/vehicle.rpf

2- Now press edit

3- DELETE all the POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3, POLICE4,SHERIFF, SHERIFF2 files from the RPF

4- Close open IV

That should fix the issue. Be careful not to delete any of the new vehicles

Option 2

Reinstall your modded cars to mods/Update/dlcpacks/rde/dlc/x64/levels/gtav/vehicle.rpf

F11 menu says that EUP is not installed, but I did install it via OpenIV install pack... why it it saying that? (SkinControl 2.1 is also installed.)

@SgtFowler It probably didn't install correctly. Navigate to your dlclist.xml in /update/update.rpf/common/data/ and make sure you see <Item>dlcpacks:\eup\</Item> in there.

Would it be possible someday to add these models to the wanted system? Female cops with actual armor would be cool.

Does the installer make any changes to update.rpf, or does it simply add the new rpf file?

@Jax765 It makes changes to update.rpf, but it does not overwrite it. Any edited files in update.rpf should remain intact. You'll have to make one change manually though which is adding the lines to dlclist.xml as explained in the readme.

What specifically does it change? Because I've made a bunch of my own changes within the archive beforehand.

It doesn't overwrite the .rpf or any files in it if that's what you're worried about. All your changes will be kept. If you really insist on making the changes yourself, rename the .oiv to .zip, open the content folder, and you'll see all the files it installs there. Remember to add the lines to dlclist.xml as well which is located in /update.rpf/common/data/.

Hello, this mod looks outstanding and easy to use. It provides flexibility of your character to suit your role playing persona! However I've successfully installed Skin Control v2.1 and made a custom I went to press F11 and nothing appears. I followed the instructions and used OVI ect.

Your issue was already answered in the FAQ of the support forums, if your issue persists after. Post on the Support forum

Yeah, figured out that I could just open the package file with 7zip and take a look.

Is there a way to make the male multiplayer character actually use combat movement animations? The female character correctly goes into a combat stance when you shoot, but the male one doesn't.

@LTKarma Ensure both EUPClothingMenu.dll and .ini are in the Plugins folder and type LoadPlugin EUPClothingMenu.dll in the RPH console (F4).

Thank you so much!
