How do I get the previous packs?

Hello , I have a question i downloaded the pack and it works just fine but i have 2 problems with Ranks and Badges. I dowloaded badges added them and they are on the server but look like Paper and not the same like in the screenshots of the Police Uniforms. And after i downloaded Ranks added them to decals they are on server but cannot change the color of them to another rank 

Any help? If yes thanks for the ANSWER 😄

Go to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks and delete the 'eup' then go to mods>update>update.rpf>common>data and remove eup from 'dlclist.xml'

 

I do not believe their is an automatic uninstaller though.

I'm having huge issues installing the Law and Order 8.3 pack. Please help because I usually watch YouTube on how to do it and the Rar file is missing. 

There isn't a readme instructions either to upload it to OpenIV. Can you please give me some directions?

    Hola chicos tengo una duda ya que antes tenia un paquete que hice dd varios carros los instale texturas como las agencias reales de mi cuidad pero agrege los autos para que se engendraran en el mapa y si de hecho salian ala perfeccion pero agrege mas autos y nose que pase mi juego despues de eso cuando inicio rage se carga todo normal nadamas que ala hora de salir mi personaje se que la pantalla de carga y no funciona  alguien podria decirme cuantos autos soporta porqur creo que mi pack que cree son como 70 vehiculos de diferentes agencias ya sea bp sheriff police unmarked etc gracias por sus comentarios

    So, how different are the item numbers from 8.2?  I'd love to update, but I've got my various files for outfits finally customized right, so I'm dreading updating and having to redo every component listings for the backup files.
