Requirements
You must have version 0.63 (or newer) of RAGE Plugin Hook. You must have a fully legal, non-pirated version of GTA V.

 

Automatic Installation
- Extract the ZIP archive; ensure that setup.exe and Traffic Control.msi are both in the same folder
- DON'T run Traffic Control.msi unless you know what you're doing
- Run setup.exe, and ensure that the installation directory detected matches the main/root folder of your GTA V install directory
- If setup.exe is unable to detect your GTA V directory, or fails in some other fashion, start Traffic Control.msi, AND SELECT YOUR GTA V PATH AS THE INSTALL DIRECTORY

 

Manual Installation
- Copy the TrafficControl.dll and TrafficControl.ini files into the Plugins folder of your GTA V directory.
- Copy the Stealth.Common.dll and RAGENativeUI.dll files into your main/root GTA V directory.

 

Features
- Stop or slow down all traffic within a certain radius of the player, in order to close a road for investigative purposes, or for safety reasons during a traffic stop
- Multiple "roadblocks" or "speed zones" can be placed
- Roadblocks will remain in place until removed by the player
- A (beta) setting to allow any emergency vehicles to drive through "roadblocks"/"stop zones" can be enabled in the INI file ("Stop Traffic" orders only; speed restrictions are not affected)
- The above setting can also be changed on-demand through the new in-game menu
[NEW!] - Traffic Control now includes a new in-game menu, powered by RAGENativeUI!
[NEW!] - Keyboard shortcuts can now be changed in the INI file!
[NEW!] - Keyboard shortcuts can be disabled, if desired (to use the in-game menu exclusively)

[NEW!] - Integration with Police SmartRadio!

 

Usage
- Press the menu keybind (CTRL + F10 by default) to open the Traffic Control menu; use the menu options to place/remove roadblocks
- Alternatively, you can use the shortcut keys (see the INI file) to place/remove roadblocks
- Keyboard shortcuts can be disabled through the INI file, if you wish to only use the in-game menu

Stealth22 I have installed both Albos Traffic Policer and your Traffic control. They both need different versions of RAGENativeUI. Also Traffic Policer wont work if stealth.common.dll isnt updated to the latest version. However Stealth.common.dll both need to be the same for code 3 callouts and Traffic control for Traffic Control to load. As stated in your ReadMe. But Code 3 callouts has a higher version stealth.common.dll. So I have to downgrade my Code 3 Callouts and it is all a huge mess so either Traffic Policer works and Traffic Control Does Not or Traffic Policer does not work and Traffic Control does. Pls fix and Update!:thumbsup:

How come code 3 callouts and Traffic Control have 2 different versions of stealth.common and RAGENativeUI? Like in Traffic Controls ReadMe it says " The version of Stealth.Common.dll included with this package is v1.5.0.1. Older versions will not work; v1.5.0.1 is the same version included with Code 3 Callouts v0.6.0." Does this mean I have to get a downgraded version of Code 3 Callouts?

RagenativeUi is 1.4.1.0 and RPH is 0.40, is this compatible with them ?

It's crashing on screen loading. Not in the on duty mode yet. I did try loading the plugin after GTA V has loaded. Get the same.

It was working fine for awhile. I haven done any changes or added anything.

Everything is kept current including RPH.

Just use the newest version of everything. If you install the newest Code 3 Callouts over top of Traffic Control, you'll be good.

Its certainly faster than posting this as a question, and waiting 2 days for me to answer.

oh, im sorry no one ever said it like you just told me now, older Plugins Compiled with Older RPH work with New RPH, plus i found this, so i can install tons of mods and test them one by one W/ out removing one by one to test them - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-launcher

  • There are no code changes from previous versions; this is simply a re-packaged build of v1.0.1
  • This build is provided as a courtesy/convenience to users who have had issues running v1.0.1 with other newer plugins installed
    • If you are already successfully running v1.0.1 with RPH 39 or 40, there is no need to update
  • This version requires RPH 0.40+, as well as RAGENativeUI v.1.4.1.0
  • This version also requires Stealth.Common v1.6.0.1
    • This is the current version already released with recent updates to Code 3 Callouts
  • Simplified automatic installer process (the manual one is still there, don't worry!)

do you get any kind of errors messages?? does GTA V crash? does a plugin crash? do you have any kind of ragelog if something did crash?

Hope you are well good sir. Was just curious if Traffic Control needing any code fix for RPH 0.42 with the newest patch of GTA 5 because everything works on my game except TC and EUP7.3 (which is a whole different ball game I need to address).

Had to stop using this script, unfortunately. Traffic at the edge of the stop zone tries to overtake the last vehicle, the vehicle behind him tries overtake etc.. etc.. until there is a big vehicle mess at the back of the stop zone. cars in all lanes all over the place. Nice idea though, the speed limit still works OK but when I clear all traffic restrictions, the big yellow circle stays on the mini-map. No biggy.
