Whelen CenCom siren I converted from my CenCom siren on GTA IV.  Option 1 is the original files while Option 2 has the Police Bike's wail as the primary siren for those that wish to use that instead.

 

Just open your resident.rpf and drag in the vehicles.oac.

Updated the wail a bit to sound a bit more raw.  File still includes all versions (old and new).

Kinda sounds like TDM's Whelen Cencom siren mod but not as raw. Still, this is a good siren mod you've done. =)

^Yeah you're right his does sound pretty good!  I like his wail more but I like my yelp/pierce tone a bit better.

    just a little note.  I got the wail tone to sound a lot more raw by editing the option 1 wail I included with pitch adjustment and a couple other things :).  Will update later.
