This is a siren pack I created using multiple sirens as you can hear in the video.  I will admit, it's not perfect and will be updated from time to time but replaces most in-game siren tones with decent ones.  Feel free to comment with suggestions, etc.
Make sure you backup any files that you wish to keep and not have overwritten.

Texture was originally made for my police clan and I was happy with how it turned out so I figured I'd release it here as well.

Installation instructions: open up your police.ytd (or wherever you installed the '99 CVPI) in edit mode and replace the police sign files.

You MUST download LtMattJeter's templated Stanier and install it first from here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8341-dev-templated-stanier/
 
After that you may import the .ytd file included here.
 
Use OPEN IV: x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Enjoy and remember to backup any files that you want to keep!  Includes a standalone version to just replace the cruisers and a version that includes the mastercom for the cruisers + my just released siren pack.

Whelen CenCom siren I converted from my CenCom siren on GTA IV.  Option 1 is the original files while Option 2 has the Police Bike's wail as the primary siren for those that wish to use that instead.
 
Just open your resident.rpf and drag in the vehicles.oac.

Siren includes the Wail, Yelp and Airhorn. I originally made this for GTA:SA and just converted it over for GTA:IV, hence the reason why there's no "pierce" tone.
