Maybe that is what is happening to me as well - but as soon as the plugin begins to load, it freezes the game, so all I can see is what's on the console before I have to restart my PC.  

great mod but i am having a funny issue, i followed your readme but it seems that the Time for Los Angeles USA the time is wrong by a couple of hours anyone know why this is? 

First: This is absolutely awesome and I'm having a hard time giving it up

Second: However, it unlocks the in-game keys while in LSPDFR and EUP etc menues, bringing up the phone and what not. Anything I or you can do about it? Thanks!

I seem to be having issues when i press a key it activates a feature i dont need. For example when im in the rage console and i press "p" on my keyboard while typing a command it brings up the pause menu. Or when im going through a menu and i press the up arrow to go up in the menu my phone pops up. I would like those annoyances to be fixed but other than that it is a great mod.

I seen to be having the same issue as it unlocks the keys.

I've had no issues until today (24-APR), now it just hangs when attempting to update the weather.  I'm in the US and I believe the issue may be due to weather.gov doing a major overhaul of their pages, as almost all pages of their domain(s) are timing out or throwing proxy errors.  If anyone else is having issues, this may be the reason, so just a heads up.  :)

Ok, this has been working great but now I can't even get the plugin to load.  It's not showing up in my ragehook plugin list when I go into settings and not showing up when I type loadplugin into the console.  Anyone else have this issue?  Not sure if this has been abandoned or not but hopefully someone can help.  I like this mod and kinda irritated that I'm having problems with it now.

As others have mentioned it unlocked keys inside the console and using other things that didn't used to conflict before while inside plugin menus. Another thing I noticed is when I go up to talk to the driver during a traffic stop I get 2 menus instead of one. I've disabled and re-enabled the plugin to test and I've confirmed it's this one doing it.

Really hope you fix this issue cause having real weather updates would be great to have.

I'm also experiencing the same issues as above: it's bringing up my phone and navigating through it as I move through the LSPDFR menu.  It is also bringing up  the backup menu (I believe, it's hard to tell as its behind the action menu) during traffic stops.  I thought deleting the assigned menu key would help but to no avail.  This is an exceptional mod, please address this issue when you can.

WTF this mod gave me a 20fps boost?

Any hopes on a fix for the binds being messed up with this? Pretty much makes LSPDFR unplayable with this installed :/

Hello i like this mod and its working for me  also would the plugin crash if i set mine Unit  to either of  Celsius or Fahrenheit since i live in Australia Sydney and want to used my real time lol

This mod works perfectly for me, you have to follow the instructions to the letter.

using stealth mode not working on controller while using this plugin, using native training with the controller phone activate and when unload the plugin stealth mode works on controller and using dpad up controller phone don't activate weird

Mod works great. However, when it sets the weather to overcast, it starts to rain. Not sure why since the overcast setting in the game does not include rain.

This mod is no longer functional, unfortunately. Plenty of crashes.

I love it except there's no compensation for day light savings. For instance, right now irl it's 6:38am CST for me. It's still dark outside for another 30-45 minutes here but in game, it's already sunny. Same at night, here it's already completely dark by 6:30/7:00pm but in game, it isn't dark until 8:30/9:00pm. That one part is unrealistic. Also, the weather isn't always accurate. As of the time I'm writing this, it's clear outside where I live but the weather thing thinks it's cloudy and started raining. 

i hope he continue to update this plug in 

This is awesome, just got it working and it's great, the only thing missing is if it would reflect the correct day of the week in game, other than that it is perfect.

If anyone is having trouble with it like mine was crashing on start, make sure you set the correct settings in the INI including your API key and going to openweather, finding your city and copying the location exactly as it is shown on the site, I had been using a "City, State" format when it was looking for a "City, Country" format...

Tried downloading and installed, put the code in the config but everytime game starts i get loud beeps and rage crashes

How do we use the API key? Do we just copy and past the API key or do we have to select a location in openweathermap.org? I am so confused. Or will it automatically sync with the location you put in the ini file?
