WARNING : Delete the older version before updating this mod. Preserve your APPID.
    INTRODUCTION:
Real Time Sync Reborn is, as its name says, a reborn of a mod originally developed for GTA IV which was intended to synchronize game time to system time. GTA IV version was pretty rudimentary since functions offered by GTA IV in terms of weather and forecast was pretty inexistent. Actually, I completely gave up after a lot of tries. That time is over folks!
Welcome to Real Time Sync Reborn!
Time synchronization between the game and your system Weather synchronization between your city (can be set in a configuration file) and your game Weather notifications every 10 minutes via the new notification system introduced in GTA V An ingame menu to setup the mod (arrow keys to navigate, Enter to validate) Crash prevention (because we don’t like when our game crashes)
    What are the drawbacks?!
You need to sign up an account (IT’S FREE) on www.openweathermap.org to receive an APPID key in order to get your local weather forecast.
    PREREQUISITES:
The latest version of Rage Plugin Hook Requirements inherent to Rage Plugin Hook’s installation An Openweathermap.org APPID (It’s free!) INSTALLATION:
    USAGE:
    KEY MAPPING:
Don't forget to read the README.pdf file to see what you can use as key name for your Menu key !
    TERMS OF USE:
This modification and all its files are the property of its author, Sp4s12. Do not alter them in any way. You can share them if you desire it but you must give its credits.
In modding’s world, it’s a special experience to share our work with other gamers all around the world. It’s really cool to see that players can completely change the user experience of a game. It’s a lot cooler to see mod developers becoming professional developers thanks to their talents! So please, don’t ruin our passion. Don’t ruin our hours of work!

  2. I know that someone else has released a speed limiter mod. But i don't like his version and i wanted to make mine. So i've decided to code this.
So basically, this speed limiter will acts as a real one. Let me explain some cases :

When you press the key that you've chosen, you will set the current speed as the chosen speed for the speed limiter and the cruise speed control (depending on what mode you've chosen).
After that, the cruise speed control will acts as a real one and your vehicle will automatically keep the chosen speed.
If you press the brake or handbrake key, your speed limiter shuts off
If you have an accident or if your speed goes under 90% of the chosen speed, your speed limiter shuts off to prevent any issueless situation.
You have an indicator at the top left of your radar which indicates you when your speed limiter is active

The speed limiter will restrict your speed limit to what you've chosen.

This is it. To install it, just drop the .net.dll and the .ini file into your scripts directory.

/! You have to replace the ini file for this new version because of the additions in it !!! /!

  3. The idea is pretty simple and is known by the community since a long time. The idea is to synchronize the system time with the game time. So if it's 10:00pm where you live, it's 10:00pm ingame.
It's pretty simple but i've decided to code a new script for myself because the only one that i've found on the internet doesn't works with the latest version of GTA IV.
In addition, i've put a clock at the top right of the screen (look at the screenshot).

    UPDATE :
Ok... Now, the bug of the weather should be fixed !
However : The way the game changes the weather obliges my script to keep the current weather. So if you have a clear and stunning sky in your game at launch, the weather will not change during your game session. You have to change the weather manually from a trainer or anything like that if you want to change the weather. So i repeat, the weather will not change as it does genuinely in the game !

  4. IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER VERSION, DELETE ALL ITS FILES THEN INSTALL THE NEW ONE. PLUS, YOU NEED TO HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF ScriptHookDotNet !
    Presentation

Sp4s12sNewCallouts is a script which will allow you to respond to more callouts when you'll be on duty. For now, I, as developper of this mod, have not the pretention to revolutionize the gameplay of LCPDFR. But I wanted to have more things to do within LCPDFR, especially some cinematographic callouts... I mean callouts that will gives you more action without touching the realistic side of things. So this is it, I present to you Sp4s12sNewCallouts. Obviously, my project is not over. I'll implement other callouts but I also need time to track bugs then clean them.
