No this is a Civilian version of the vehicle a marked and unmarked dual pack will be released within the next week or so.  All models will be locked I do not have permission to release unlocked models.

would be nice if this was 1mb or under....not many people will be able to have this driving around with how shity iv is and all that texture loss...it looks nice though but needs to be a little lower poly

​I agree.  I tested it and didn't have any problems but that's only my computer.  I am making some changes on the police models tho but the poly count will only go up with the police equipment.

​the police car size doesn't matter so much but the civilian cars do since they spawn more then police cars depending on how often you have them spawn but I only use cars that are 1mb or under other wise you will be more likely to have texture loss and other issues so hope to see an update regarding poly size on the civilian version
