"Serving the Capital City"

The Hartford Police Department provides law enforcement services to the City of Hartford, the capital of the State of Connecticut.

HPD's new black-and-white livery consists of a traditional B&W paintjob, italicized "HARTFORD" and stylized "POLICE" in Eurostile on the sides with an image of their badge and the unit number, and "Serving the Capital City" on the front fenders written in Brush Script. This is a large departure from their old design, which was all-white with a large blue stripe along the sides. I've included old-livery skins for the CVPI.

I tried to replicate both of Hartford's designs as best I can. Features actual fonts, and mostly actual placements. Also features handmade license plates. Included are stealth and supervisor units for the CVPI and Tahoe.

Both liveries still appear to be in use. I am assuming all future vehicles will be with the new B&W livery.
