What I did is I installed this mod (GTA V Dispatch for IV)

Then I downloaded the female dispatcher mod

Good job the only thing that needa be fix is the female voice combined with the regular gta 4 dispatcher

The aduio files are not playing. Sometimes they do sometimes they dont

Does anyone know when this will be fully finished?

At this time it is a unfinished as is product and will  not be updated at all considering the DEV files are lost for this project. Sorry.
