Any car will work with els v8. It will do the same thing.

My game also crashes when I have this car, and why is it that the light bar is gone?

Because in the previous ELS versions, it was impossible to have a randomly spawning lightbar. This allows 2 cars in one slot essentially.

So why is it that in singleplayer that I can see the lights rotate fine but in mp i can't see them rotate unless if i turn my siren on? Ideas?

It's because how ELS is setup.

There're really two different models in one slot. The marked nypd/ lcpd version is absolutely accurate and perfect.But i miss the interieur lights in the windshield under the roof. I hope you know what i mean. English isn't my native language.

how do i put the els files in? I find that some instructions are difficulty unless its really step by step

Put the ELS file in .../ELS/, then set the relevant car's config file to the one you just threw in.

What I really liked about this model is that It has a high quality interior. Green back lights on speedometer and buttons are just awesome. I've never seen a CVPI like this before.

how do install the police.ini file that comes with the car

Does someone have a good handling for this car? It turns like a tank! I've tried both of Kanyo's 2003 CVPI handling but the turning is bad.

When I get out of the car while the lights are on there is about a 50/50 chance that the rotators just randomly stop spinning and don't restart until I re-enter the vehicle. Is this normal? I haven't seen anybody else mention it.

That's a problem with ELS v8.
