This (and the others you've released) is great! However, I'm having a problem: the rotators don't seem to...well... rotate. Any ideas why?

This is amazing bugs! Any chance of getting your ford explorer with a similar lighting setup?

Because they are placed on the default Rockstar rotators, it needs to be in Police, Police2 or an added car, since all the other default cars do not have rotators.

No, he's correct.  It needs to be placed in the police or police2 slot - they're the only cars with rotators in the default game and this mod uses that mechanism by attaching the lights to those rotating parts.

I think i found a bug. Sometimes the lightbar doesn't spawn. The car looks like a slicktop then.

That's intentional
