CompuLite Ohio Edition – Citations & Charges Pack

A full Ohio-flavored rewrite of the CompuLite Citations and Charges files for your LSPDFR police roleplay.

Every ticket and charge is renamed and reorganized to match real Ohio Revised Code (ORC) offense titles and section numbers — from routine tickets like Speeding (ORC 4511.21) and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign (ORC 4511.43), up through arrestable charges like OVI (ORC 4511.19), Fleeing and Eluding (ORC 2921.331), Robbery (ORC 2911.02), and Burglary (ORC 2911.12).

What's included:

  • Citations.xml — 60+ fine-only traffic tickets across 9 categories (speeding, traffic control, right-of-way, lane usage, equipment, occupant protection/distracted driving, pedestrian/bike, parking, misc.), with fines styled after Ohio's real minor-misdemeanor fine schedule.

  • Charges.xml — 60+ arrestable/court-eligible charges across 8 categories (licensing, reckless/impaired driving, hit-skip, weapons, assault, robbery/burglary, theft, drugs, obstruction), with fine tiers based on Ohio's statutory misdemeanor/felony fine caps (M4–F1).

Notes:

  • Drop-in replacement — same CompuLite XML schema as the base files, so it works with your existing CompuLite install.

  • Gameplay values (suspension chance, probation chance, jail time ranges) are custom-balanced for roleplay, not real BMV/sentencing data.

  • Built for fictional law-enforcement roleplay only. Statute references are for flavor/authenticity — not legal advice, and offense pairings for less-common charges haven't all been individually source-checked against codes.ohio.gov.

Installation: Replace Citations.xml and Charges.xml in your CompuLite/ folder.

Requirements:

  • Grand Theft Auto V (latest version)

  • ScriptHookV by Alexander Blade

  • ScriptHookVDotNet (v3, latest release)

  • LSPDFR (latest version)

  • CompuLite base mod installed and working (this pack only replaces Citations.xml and Charges.xml — it is not a standalone mod)

  • RAGE Plugin Hook, if your CompuLite build requires it (check your CompuLite version's own requirements)

What's New in Version 1.0.1

Released

Citations.xml — new "Off-Road Vehicles - Dirt Bikes and ATVs" group (unregistered dirt bike/ATV, off-road operation on public roads or private property without permission, minor operating without supervision), plus two more bicycle entries.

Charges.xml — new "Off-Road Vehicles" group for arrestable dirt bike/ATV/four-wheeler offenses (unlicensed operation on roadway, reckless operation, fleeing police on one, endangering others), and a new "Warrants and Court-Related" group (active bench warrant/failure to appear, arrest warrant on indictment, probation violation warrant, contempt of court) — that last group covers the "warrant for arrest" entry.

All grounded in Ohio's real ORC Chapter 4519 (Special Vehicles — covers off-highway motorcycles/dirt bikes and all-purpose vehicles/ATVs) and Chapter 2937/2941/2951 for the warrant items.
