Realistic Lightbar Status Audio

🚨 Realistic Lightbar Status Audio – for LSPDFR

Realistic Lightbar Status Audio enhances patrol realism in LSPDFR. This plugin focuses on the sounds and immersion for realism.

This works alongside with ELS which adds a beep sound periodically to notify you to know that your lights are on when they are activated once when the lights are in Stage 3 or Code 3.

THIS WORKS ALONG SIDE OF ELS BUT DOES NOT REPLACE IT ITS WORKS FOR THE CUSTOM BEEP SOUND.WAV THAT IS MADE FOR THIS PARTICULAIR PLUGIN.

A lighting status beep sound, coming soon with an buzz interior sound.

What is this for? Replace ELS?

No its for the beep sound that's no longer currently being updated anymore Since 2017. I hate how people dis abandoned a perfectly good plugin it's time to bring back good ones from the past. I currently have another mod called Defibrillator its available. It's good to see you that you are still around @manu450. We saved alot of bacons that's for sure for getting eaten by a mountain lion.

Does this also prevent ELS's audio from playing when changing light stages?

That can be turned off in the els ini

@Haze Studios No it doesn't it's similar to this mod. Right here which is no longer being updated since 2017 it's using the old RPH stuff which this plugin is very unstable but how ever the one I made is not unstable it works with the current LSPDFR and RagePluginHook. I hate how modders leaves a plugin dis abandoned. It's sad 😔.

I'm trying to bring back good old plugin ideas from the past into the future with newer updated ones.

We need to bring back the Patrol Toolkit but in a newer version and a newer name because that plugin had alot of features in it like you can call the weasel news to a scene and much more I miss these types of plugins.

How does this audio work specifically andalso how does it work with ELS like earlier I had turned on to full stage 3 and I heard no beeping coming from the vehicle I was in and I was in First Person as well, also would there be any way to edit the volume sound? or perhaps I had installed it wrong or something because atleast for me I had kinda a problem when installing it even though it seems very basic and simple to do.

& also is this plugin used to kinda mimic IRL when you turn on your lights, that the MDT/ In car computer beeps periodically when the lights are activated via the siren controller?

Got ya & I just got it to work right now, sweet plugin! In the future would you plan to add like a configuration menu that can control the audio's volume & how long the audio will play out for?

Thanks! Glad you got it working again and that you’re enjoying the plugin. A configuration menu is definitely something I’m considering for a future update—things like volume control and audio duration are both doable. I just want to make sure the system stays lightweight and stable, but it’s on my list.
