This might seem like a boring config file, but hear me out.

FEATURES

- RHPD and DPPD are now LSPD Divisions

- New LSPD Divisions: Vinewood, Vespucci Beach, El Burro Heights and Mirror Park

- When on 3 stars and you are in one of those zones, normal LSPD will respond. On 4 stars, all divisions will respond. (I recommend pumping up the max number of police officers in dispatch.meta)

- SAHP will also respond in some zones at 4 stars

- LSPDFR config with the new agencies

- IAA will respond to 5 stars and 3 stars on the FIB Building
