Description

The Second Amendment NPCs mod enhances NPC behavior in GTA V by equipping every NPC with a firearm and enabling them to use it if provoked. NPCs will not engage in combat automatically but will defend themselves if threatened, making interactions more dynamic and immersive.

Features

All NPCs carry a firearm.
NPCs engage in combat only when provoked, adding a realistic self-defense behavior.

Drag and drop the scripts folder into your GTAV Directory

I don't understand why your description says to compile the .cs file.

SHVDN also allows redistribution but it's under a zlib license which means you must include their license with any copy. Frankly I suggest not including it because people should always download the latest build from their GitHub. You also only include a single dll from it, so its a bit odd regardless.

Effective immediately, all sworn department members are encouraged to "observe and report" any violated crimes. the enforcement of the law is now in the hands of civilians lol

Cali was once not that strict about the law regarding carry until we had an idiot Governor (Newscam) and the Major who needed to be kicked out of their seats.

but I like this mod.
