[Non-ELS/DLSv2] 2019 California Highway Patrol Dodge Charger [Add-On/FiveM] 1.4 Hotfix

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it.

Here's my 2019 California Highway Patrol Charger. This is the Pre-EV20 Charger, so it has a different interior, some different lighting, and different light patterns compared to the EV-20 models that I've already released. There's CHP/SAHP texture options available, as well as a few additional optional liveries. The standard CHP textures are already included in the FiveM and Add-On files.

Unlike the other Chargers I've released, this 2019 comes with 4 models instead of 2. The first two are models with angled raiders on the rambar, which is the standard setup. The last two models are with forward facing raiders on the rambar, which wasn't common but it did exist.

- Fixed an issue with the blue light on the right side of the Liberty I not working

- Updated the Liberty I lightbar from Roegon's to Kane's

- Added reflective decals to the doors (Optional feature)

- Updated the US flag sticker model and texture to a more accurate look

- Updated the gun rack to Kristian's CHP gun rack

- Updated the 500 Series texture for yellow/amber emissives to use the new lightbar's emissive, which looks more amber than before

- Changed the color of coronas/environmentals from yellow to amber

- Removed both ghosted textures from the options since neither belongs on this model

I'd love to add this kind of cool stuff into my game but Ragehook just can't take it for some reason and always crashes my game until I remove the mod or vehicle I added.

Do you have a gameconfig installed? It sounds like that may be the issue
